The Conference will take place in Tartu, a marvellous university town of 100,000 inhabitants in South-Estonia. Tartu has flight connections twice a day to Riga and 4 days a week to Stockholm. Tartu is located 186 kilometres southeast from Tallinn and has a very good bus connection with Tallinn, which is connected by air with many European cities. Tallinn has also railway connections with St. Petersburg and Moscow. Regular ferry connection is maintained with Helsinki and Stockholm. The harbour and airport are not far from the bus station and participants can get to the bus station or city centre by buses, tram or taxi.
