Abstract
During last decades world has experienced one of the most challenging change over whole history where informational industry has transformed very different ways both international and local economies. This paper analyses these changes in economic thinking and enterpreneur behaviours on urban spaces in the case of Estonia’s major urban areas. Fast change in informational and service sector gives valuable material how this has transform Estonian urban space and hierarchy through capital flows.
