The paper deals with problems of the targeted development of the business evaluation system for European integration of Lithuania. The main goals and directions of business restructuring in Lithuania help as an indicator for the targeted development of the business evaluation system from the current situation into the future, which must satisfy the requirements of European Union.

The basic directions of this system are discussed. Also the approach, methods and techniques of evaluation of assets and business are analyzed, as well as their comparisons are made. Conclusions from the article’s main concepts are suggested, and probability distribution of business values is discussed.
